STEP 2Order Approval & Invoicing

Once all details are finalized, our team will approve your request and generate an official active order in your dashboard. You will receive a detailed invoice outlining the vehicle cost and logistics.

STEP 3Secure Payment

To guarantee your security and peace of mind, we offer two flexible payment methods:

• In-Person Cash Payment: Finalize your transaction securely at our physical office located in Kolwezi.
• Bank Transfer / Deposit: Complete a direct bank wire transfer and upload your receipt to your dashboard for instant verification.

STEP 4Processing & Live Tracking

As soon as your payment is verified, your vehicle enters our export pipeline. Log into your CarVibeX dashboard anytime to track your car's journey (Pending → Verifying → Processing → Port → Shipped). We upload progress photos so you see your vehicle every step of the way.

STEP 5Shipping & Delivery

We utilize highly efficient shipping routes to get your vehicle to you safely. Once your vehicle arrives at the destination port, our logistics team will notify you immediately to coordinate the final handover.

• Dar es Salaam: 25 to 35 days estimated transit time.
• Kinshasa: 35 to 50 days estimated transit time.
